There are lots of days where I feel a bit more anxious than normal. There are days where I become frustrated with myself, days where I have little self confidence. I have days where all I want to do is lay in bed because I feel tired from everything else. Having these days are normal, when my day to day routine makes me frustrated and tired, where I don’t feel “like myself”.
The one thing that gets me through those days is returning to my “diva mantra”. Not only that, but I love finding empowering quotes that really lift my spirits and keep me grounded. I even have a note saved on my phone of empowering quotes that make me feel good. So if you’re feeling a bit under the weather, here are 18 quotes to make you feel empowered and a FREE worksheet to find YOUR diva mantra!

And I will leave y’all with my own diva mantra. This is something that I will actually tell myself everyday. I don’t necessarily look myself in the mirror and recite these words to myself, but I do say them in my head. This diva mantra got me through a bad break-up, a whole lot of self-doubt, and a lot of self-discovery. While I’m still on my journey to “figuring things out“, this diva mantra I tell myself reminds me that I am more than I let myself believe.
“You are an independent, strong, and fierce diva.”
