What drives your creativity?
What’s your biggest motivation in entrepreneurship?
Where do you find your inspiration?
I met a group of digital nomads, entrepreneurs, and creatives while traveling through Latin America with Job Trippin’, who have made travel one of their biggest priorities!
Imagine traveling and living in places like:
- Mexico
- Australia
- United Kingdom
- Turkey
- and more
This group speaks multiple languages, works creatively on their businesses, and are driven, motivated, and inspiring. Let me introduce y’all to some of my Job Trippin’ family members! During our two months together, they’ve empowered, pushed, and annoyed me (just kidding, not really). Their stories are unique and I already know fate is what brought us together!

Anika Adamczyk
1. Name, Profession, favorite travel destination so far?
Anika Adamczyk, Business Developer & Travel Blogger.
Favorite destinations are anywhere outside of Europe because I love the diversity of cultures. Also, Poland, because there will always be someone waiting for me: family and best friends. Traveling so much makes me feel like Poland is starting to be a “tropical” country for me.

In beautiful places where I am traveling and when I have “those moments” that I am so happy and glad that I chose this way of my life.
3. What’s your biggest motivator as an entrepreneur?
As a business developer, I’m happy when my past clients recommend me to a new one, and the new one says “X said that you are the best business developer he ever met :D” – being appreciated is the best!
As a travel blogger, when I can hear from my friends – “Anika you travel a lot, because of you I decided to go to X for holidays, you inspired me a lot”.
4. In 3 words, what do you hope your work does for other people?
Business Developer: Make lives easier
Travel Blogger: Dare to make dreams come true
LOL – more than 3 words, but another way I don’t know how to say that! 😀
Stalk ’em a little:
What I’ve learned as an entrepreneur and creative, is that everybody’s journey looks different! While all of us prioritize travel, it looks different in each of our lives…
- We travel differently
- We use it for different reasons and motives
- Travel means something different for all of us
- It inspires us differently
These are just snippets of their stories and parts of their lives as creatives and entrepreneurs! It was inspiring to be with a group so diverse in experiences, cultures, and languages! Seeing their creativity in action and understanding their motives for being entrepreneurs really kept me accountable to create a life that I’m proud of.
What motivates you creatively and as an entrepreneur? If it isn’t traveling, what is it?
