Cecilia reached out to me with the idea of having a brand launch party for her newly launched aromatherapy products, Sana Sana Aroma. She had been building her brand slowly for the past few years but never had the opportunity to properly launch her products and share about her business. When we met, she told me the story behind Sana Sana Aroma, how it’s more than aromatherapy, and the lifestyle that she hoped people would be more conscious of after using her products. During our initial meeting, we talked about a timeline for the event, decorations, guest list, budget, and what needs to be finished to make sure the launch goes seamlessly!

After our initial session, we had two more meetings for an event walk-through and launch setup. During the launch party, the guests were able to spend time with Cecilia while I worked the food/drink station and handled all of the small details. The party was a hit, with a full-house of guests, and she was able to confidently share her brand message, invite her guests to purchase products, and celebrate all the hard work she’s built so far!

The event was a success! Cecilia created an event flyer based on our initial meeting, with branded copy and details for guests and invitees, she was able to sell over 20 entrance fees (almost sold out) and over $200 in products during the launch party. After our initial meeting, Cecilia also launched her new website to accompany the launch party and explained how custom products and inventory was sold. During the launch event, she was able to relax and spend time with her guests while we took care of the logistics, flow, and small details, to make sure that the connection with her clients was at the center of everything.

She now has a new and updated website for her aromatherapy products and has made the connections necessary to grow her business and build brand loyalty!
